HYCON has two types of cutting machines namely; Ring Saw that can cut up to a depth of 30cm, and Cut-off Saw that can cut up to 21cm. The cutting machine is driven by hydraulic oil pumped from the powerpack, so maintenance is minimal and can be used for up to a full day. The machine can cut concrete, walls, to asphalt. ASCO (Automatic Safety Cut Off) safety system which automatically stops the blade when the blade is caught. There are several advantages to the Hydraulic Breaker:

• Convenient & Safe. With a machine weight of 10kg and a vibration level of <2.5 m/s2 and a noise level of 109 dB Lp. Equipped with Auto Safety Cut Off (ASCO) which automatically stops when the blade is stuck.
• Heavy duty. Can be operated in extreme conditions, resistant to dust or dirt. The machine can be used for up to a full day.
• Low Maintenance. Minimal maintenance, because the machine only uses hydraulic oil flow. The rest of the machine only needs to be cleaned after use.
• Cut Deeper. Can cut concrete, walls and asphalt. With a cutting depth of up to 30cm for the HRS400 type and 21cm for the HCS20 type.
• Easy. The plug and play system provides convenience to the operator during the installation process.
